I'm so back

I'm so grounded

So, I went back up to the lake yesterday. I got there at about 3:10pm. On the way to North Point, by boat, Ian mooned the little boys at the boys camp, and two of them mooned us back. It would've been worse if I had been looking. I chilled with the buds, and got to see Odin again, which was nice - round 3 at Raquette Lake. There were new people whom some refer to as "pirate hookers" - as cited from Anchor Man. There were 3 girls, whom reside near the boathouse. I guess, Jackson and Jeff are the only ones who like them, and Ben's warming up to them as well. Apparently one of them went on the caper, which I missed. :o( I feel so replaced by a REALLY bad actress, or actresses. Jeff went wakeboarding in the rain storm last night, that soon changed into a thunderstorm. We then watched Shaun of the Dead, which I was slightly amused with the second time around. I went to bed around 1am after talking to Jeff, Odin, Ben, and Lauren while being half-awake. I set my alarm on my phone for 3:06am, and around 4am, Calvin came to wake me up. I still haven't figured out why the phone didn't go off. I'm so glad he came to get me though. I got all these cute letters about not hitting deer around me when I woke up. I drove home in my PJs, no stops. It was crappy outside.

In all, it was totally worth going up to the Adirondacks again to see my friends whom I won't get to see for a long time. I am glad my mom grounded me to reassure herself that she still has some control over me. Three hours of sleep were not enough, and the Mountain Dew was the only thing that kept me going.

That would be fun. Rain check for next summer. I have realized that it really isn't a day-trip, going up there and back... I'm exhausted. It was totally worth it.

Raquette Lake Madness

Im glad you thought it was worth it. I certainly appreciated you coming back up. Wow such good times you are so lucky i agreed to drive you to Raquette Lake Village (it was so much fun driving down North Point Road in the rain with frogs throwing themselves at the volvo at 4am) if i hadn't you probably would've slept till 10 or whenever the Paleys woke up. Too bad you missed out on the caper, it would've been so much better with you instead of the Pirate Hooker. You still need to see our caper footage. I miss you and can't wait to see you again
